These Terms of Service govern your use of westmeresupply.com and purchases from Westmere Supply. By visiting the site, creating an order, or using our services, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

Before ordering, you are responsible for confirming model numbers, dimensions, clearances, utilities, ventilation, installation requirements, applicable codes, and suitability with your installer or project professional.

4. Pricing, availability, and order acceptance

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, freight, delivery services, installation, accessories, and other charges are included only when expressly stated. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may verify information, correct errors, limit quantities, decline or cancel an order, or contact you about alternatives. If we cancel after payment is captured, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Special-order and project purchases

Items ordered from a manufacturer, configured for a project, supplied in unusual quantities, or identified as custom, made-to-order, or final sale may have special lead times, deposits, cancellation limits, and return restrictions. Any written quote, invoice, or project agreement forms part of these terms and controls for that order if it conflicts with general site information.

6. Payment

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amounts shown at checkout or on an approved invoice. Orders may be subject to verification. Please review our Payment Policy for additional details.

7. Shipping, delivery, and inspection

Shipping dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Large appliances may ship by freight and require suitable site access. Delivery does not include installation, connection, haul-away, or room placement unless specifically stated. You must inspect deliveries promptly and follow the procedures in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, refunds, and warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties, when available, are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. Improper installation, unauthorized service, misuse, or failure to follow instructions may affect warranty coverage.

9. Trade and project support

Product guidance, comparisons, shortlists, and project planning support are informational unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Westmere is not acting as an architect, engineer, code consultant, licensed installer, or general contractor. Field verification, design decisions, permits, code compliance, and installation remain the responsibility of the customer and qualified project professionals.

The site may rely on or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, carriers, manufacturers, review providers, and other services. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

11. Intellectual property

The site and its original text, graphics, branding, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Westmere Supply and protected by applicable law. Product names, marks, and materials may belong to their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for lawful shopping and account purposes.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be error-free. Westmere is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid to Westmere for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. 15. Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally governs that order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
