Product Overview
The Forno Spezia 36-Inch Gas Rangetop features a six-burner cooking surface designed for residential kitchen use. It is equipped with sealed dual brass burners delivering a combined output of up to 120,000 BTUs. Continuous cast iron grates allow cookware to be moved across the surface without lifting. The rangetop includes zinc control knobs for manual burner operation and automatic ignition for reliable startup.
The stainless steel cooktop surface is recessed to help contain spills and is designed for straightforward cleaning. Included accessories consist of a reversible griddle, concave wok ring, and an LP conversion kit. The unit is constructed with stainless steel materials intended for durability and compatibility with standard kitchen installations.
