The Forno Galiano 36-inch French Door Gas Range in black features a six-burner sealed gas cooktop and a 5.36 cu. ft. convection oven. The French door design provides increased front clearance for loading and unloading cookware. Total cooktop output is 83,000 BTU, including a 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner with a low-heat simmer setting of 1,000 BTU. Cast iron grates support cookware and help contain spills.
The oven provides 30,000 BTU of cooking power and includes a black enamel interior and an internal convection fan for even heat circulation. A three-layer glass oven door allows visibility during cooking. Zinc-coated metal control knobs with bezel rings are included. Two electroplated oven racks and an LP conversion kit are included.
