The cooktop is equipped with six sealed dual-ring brass burners delivering a combined 120,000 BTU, supporting a range of cooking tasks from high-heat searing to low-temperature simmering.

Heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates provide stable cookware support and allow movement across the cooktop surface. The recessed black enamel cooktop cavity helps contain spills for easier cleaning.

The oven offers a 5.36 cu. ft. capacity with a total 30,000 BTU broil and bake output and includes a convection fan for even heat circulation. The interior features a speckled blue enamel finish, two halogen lights, and a triple-layer glass oven door for visibility during cooking.
