The Forno Capriasca 36-inch French door gas range in black is designed for residential kitchens and offers a combination of gas cooking and oven functionality. The French door configuration provides wider access to the oven cavity for loading and unloading cookware. The cooktop includes six sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of up to 120,000 BTU, supporting a range of cooking tasks from low-heat simmering to high-heat cooking.
The recessed black enamel cooktop surface helps contain spills for easier cleanup, and continuous cast iron grates support cookware stability across the cooking surface. The 5.36 cu. ft. gas oven features a convection fan to assist with heat circulation, a speckled blue enamel interior, and a three-layer glass oven door window for viewing food during cooking. The oven provides up to 30,000 BTU of output and includes an infrared broiler rated at 10,000 BTU.
This range includes multiple accessories for flexible cooking and setup, including an LP conversion kit, three telescopic stainless steel oven racks, wok support, reversible griddle, rotisserie kit with skewers and forks, air fry basket, and drip pan. Zinc-coated metal control knobs with illuminated rings provide visual feedback during operation.
