The Forno Capriasca 60-inch gas range features a freestanding design with a 304-grade stainless steel exterior. The cooktop includes 10 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of 200,000 BTU. Each burner is designed to support both high-heat cooking and low-heat simmering functions. The cooking surface includes continuous cast iron grates positioned over a recessed enamel cooktop cavity intended to help contain spills and support routine cleaning.

The range includes two gas ovens, each with a capacity of 4.32 cu. ft. and a 30,000 BTU output. Both ovens are equipped with convection fans and infrared mesh broilers rated at 10,000 BTU. Each oven includes a rotisserie skewer. The oven interiors feature blue enamel finishes designed to support routine cleaning and maintenance.

The package includes telescopic stainless steel oven racks, two rotisserie kits, wok support, two griddles, an air fryer kit with drip pan, and an LP conversion kit for propane compatibility (professional installation recommended).
