The Forno Capriasca 60-inch dual fuel range features a stainless steel exterior and a freestanding design for residential kitchen installations. The gas cooktop includes 10 sealed dual-ring burners with a combined output of 200,000 BTU, providing multiple heat levels for everyday cooking tasks. Continuous cast-iron grates support cookware and allow movement across the cooking surface.

This model includes two electric ovens with true convection, offering a combined 8.64 cu. ft. capacity and a total output of 12,600 watts for baking, roasting, and broiling. The ovens feature blue enamel interiors and triple-layer glass doors to support heat retention and visibility during operation.

Included accessories consist of six telescopic stainless steel oven racks, two reversible griddles, a rotisserie kit, an air fryer basket with drip pan, a wok ring, an LP conversion kit, and a NEMA 14-50P power cord. Zinc-coated metal control knobs with bezel rings and adjustable stainless steel legs are included. The adjustable legs support installation heights between 36 and 37 inches.
