The Forno Galiano 48-inch gas range features a blue exterior with antique brass–finish knobs and handles, along with black and stainless steel accents. The cooktop includes eight sealed burners with a combined output of 107,000 BTU, including a dual-ring burner rated up to 20,000 BTU with low-heat control down to 1,000 BTU. Continuous cast-iron grates support cookware movement across the cooktop.

The unit includes a dual-oven configuration with a total capacity of 6.58 cu. ft. The primary convection oven offers 4.32 cu. ft. of capacity with a 30,000 BTU gas output, and the secondary oven provides 2.26 cu. ft. with a 14,000 BTU output. Both oven cavities feature black enamel interiors. The three-layer tempered glass oven door is designed to retain heat while allowing visibility inside the oven.

Included accessories are four electroplated oven racks and an LP conversion kit.
