The FORNO Massimo 48-inch freestanding gas range features a stainless steel exterior and a rangetop with eight sealed gas burners providing a combined output of 107,000 BTU. One dual-ring brass burner delivers up to 20,000 BTU for high-heat cooking and can be adjusted for low-heat simmering. Continuous cast iron grates support cookware across the cooktop surface, and the recessed enamel cavity is designed to help contain spills.

The oven system provides a combined capacity of 6.58 cu. ft., including a 4.32 cu. ft. main oven with a convection fan. The total oven output is 44,000 BTU. Both oven cavities feature a blue enamel interior and three-layer glass door windows. The French door configuration provides access to the oven cavities.
