The FORNO Parco 36-inch induction cooktop features five cooking zones with power output ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 watts to support a variety of cooking methods. Each zone offers nine power levels and a boost function for flexible heat control. The 36-inch surface provides space for multiple cookware sizes and simultaneous cooking.

The cooktop includes a 99-minute timer for each zone, Stop & Go pause/resume functionality, and a control lock to help prevent accidental input during cleaning. The center 11-inch cooking zone delivers up to 2,300 watts and up to 3,000 watts with boost for higher-heat tasks such as boiling. Touch controls allow direct adjustment of settings. The ceramic glass surface is smooth and frameless for built-in installation.

Safety features include automatic shut-off and pan detection, which activates heating only when compatible cookware is present.
