The FORNO Capriasca 36 in. Freestanding Gas Range (Model FFSGS6260-36) features a stainless steel exterior with a 36-inch cooking surface and a 5.36 cu. ft. gas oven. The cooktop includes six sealed dual-ring burners with a combined output of 120,000 BTU. Each burner supports both high-heat cooking and low-temperature simmering.

Continuous cast iron grates span the cooktop surface to support cookware movement. The recessed enamel cooktop cavity is designed to help contain spills for easier cleaning.

The oven provides a 5.36 cu. ft. interior capacity with a total output of 30,000 BTU and includes an infrared broiler. The interior is finished with enamel coating and includes optional convection functionality for multi-level cooking. A 3-layer glass oven door window allows visibility of the oven interior during use.

Included accessories are three telescopic stainless steel oven racks, a wok support ring, and an LP conversion kit. The control knobs are metal with illuminated indicators. Adjustable stainless steel legs support counter height compatibility between 36 and 37 inches.
