Forno Capriasca 36-Inch Gas Range is constructed with 304-grade stainless steel. The cooktop includes 6 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of 120,000 BTU. Each burner provides adjustable heat output for both high-heat cooking and low-heat simmering. Continuous cast-iron grates support cookware and allow movement across burners. The recessed enamel cooktop cavity is designed to contain spills for easier surface cleaning.

The gas oven has a 5.36 cu. ft. capacity and includes an infrared broiler and optional convection fan for multi-rack cooking. The oven interior features a blue enamel finish and a 3-layer glass door window for viewing during operation. The unit includes three telescopic stainless-steel oven racks, a wok support ring, and an LP conversion kit. Control knobs are zinc-coated metal with illuminated indicators. Adjustable stainless-steel legs support installation heights between 36–37 inches.
