The Forno Capriasca 36-Inch Gas Range is designed for residential kitchen use and features a gas cooktop with six sealed dual-ring brass burners. The burners provide a combined cooking output of 120,000 BTU, with support for both high-heat cooking and lower-heat simmering. Continuous cast-iron grates provide stable support for cookware and allow movement between burners. The recessed enamel cooktop surface is designed to help contain spills for easier cleaning.

The 5.36 cu. ft. gas oven includes a convection fan for circulating heat during cooking. The oven interior is finished with blue enamel and includes a multi-layer glass viewing window in the door. An infrared broiler is integrated for broiling tasks. Three telescopic stainless steel oven racks support slide-out access. Included accessories consist of a wok support ring and an LP conversion kit. Adjustable stainless steel legs support installation at standard counter heights between 36 and 37 inches.
