Forno Capriasca 36-Inch Dual Fuel Range is constructed with 304-grade stainless steel. The gas cooktop includes 6 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of 120,000 BTU. Burner output is adjustable for both high-heat cooking and low-heat simmering. Continuous cast-iron grates support cookware and allow movement across burners. The recessed black enamel cooktop cavity is designed to contain spills for easier surface cleaning.

The electric oven has a 5.36 cu. ft. capacity and includes a true convection fan, blue enamel interior, and a 3-layer glass door window for viewing during operation. The oven provides 6,300 W total output for baking, roasting, and broiling, and includes a dual-element broil function. The unit includes three telescopic stainless-steel oven racks, a concave wok ring, and an LP conversion kit. Control knobs are zinc-coated metal with bezel rings. Adjustable stainless-steel legs support installation heights between 36–37 inches.
