The Forno Galiano 36-inch gas range features a blue-finished stainless steel exterior with antique brass–finished knobs and handles. The cooktop includes six sealed gas burners with a combined output of 83,000 BTU, including a dual-ring burner rated up to 20,000 BTU with a low-simmer capability down to 1,000 BTU. Continuous cast iron grates provide a stable surface for cookware and allow movement across burners.

The recessed enamel cooktop surface is designed to help contain spills for easier cleanup. The oven offers a 5.26 cu. ft. capacity and convection cooking functionality, with a total oven output of 30,000 BTU for baking and broiling. The interior features a blue enamel finish intended to support routine cleaning. A three-layer tempered glass oven door supports heat retention and visibility of food during cooking.

Included accessories consist of two electroplated oven racks and a liquid propane (LP) conversion kit. This range is designed for residential kitchen installation where a gas connection is available.
