Forno Galiano 36-Inch Dual Fuel Range features a blue-finished stainless steel exterior with antique brass–tone knobs and handles. The cooktop includes six sealed burners with a combined output of 83,000 BTU, including a dual-ring burner rated up to 20,000 BTU with a low simmer setting down to 1,000 BTU. Continuous cast iron grates support cookware and allow movement across the cooking surface.

The dual fuel configuration combines a gas cooktop with an electric convection oven. The 5.26 cu. ft. oven provides 6,300 watts of total output for baking and broiling. The oven cavity has a black enamel interior designed for durability and easier cleaning. A three-layer tempered glass oven door helps retain heat while allowing visibility during cooking.

The recessed black enamel cooktop is designed to contain spills for simpler cleanup. Included accessories are two electroplated oven racks and an LP conversion kit for compatible gas connections.
