Product Overview
The FORNO Alta Qualita 36-inch pro-style gas rangetop features six sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of 120,000 BTUs. The cooktop is constructed from 304 stainless steel and includes continuous cast iron grates designed to support cookware across the cooking surface. Zinc control knobs provide manual burner control for adjustable heat levels.
This rangetop includes automatic ignition and comes with a cast iron wok ring, reversible grill/griddle, and an LP conversion kit. The recessed stainless steel cooktop cavity is designed to help contain spills for easier cleaning. The rangetop is intended for built-in installation and is compatible with standard gas connections (professional installation recommended).
