The Forno Galiano 36-inch freestanding gas range features a stainless steel exterior with a gas cooktop and a gas convection oven. The cooktop includes six sealed burners with a combined output of 83,000 BTU, offering multiple heat levels for everyday cooking. One dual-ring burner provides up to 20,000 BTU for higher-heat cooking and can operate at lower output levels for controlled simmering.

Continuous cast iron grates support cookware stability and allow movement across the cooking surface. The recessed black enamel cooktop surface is designed to help contain spills and support easier cleaning.

The oven has an approximate capacity of 5.26 cubic feet and uses a convection fan to circulate heat for more even cooking results. The oven interior is finished with black enamel for durability and simplified maintenance. A tempered glass oven door allows visibility into the oven during operation.
