The Forno Massimo 36 in. freestanding dual fuel range features a stainless steel exterior and French door oven design. The gas cooktop includes 6 sealed burners with a combined output of 83,000 BTU, including one dual-ring brass burner rated up to 20,000 BTU with low-simmer capability. Continuous cast iron grates provide support for cookware, and the recessed enamel cooktop cavity is designed to contain spills.

The oven has a capacity of 5.36 cu. ft. and includes a true convection fan with a combined 6,300 W bake and broil output. The oven interior is finished in blue enamel. The insulated oven doors include 3-layer glass windows. Two stainless steel telescopic racks with ball-bearing guides are included.

Included accessories are a wok support, reversible griddle, air fryer kit with drip pan, NEMA 14-50P power cord, and an LP conversion kit. The control knobs are zinc-coated metal with bezel rings.
