The Forno Lazio 30-inch freestanding dual fuel range features a stainless steel exterior and is designed for residential kitchen use. The gas cooktop includes five sealed burners with a combined output of 70,000 BTU. A dual-ring burner supports both high-heat cooking and low-heat simmering. Continuous cast iron grates allow cookware to be moved across the surface. Included cooktop accessories include a wok ring and a reversible grill/griddle.

The oven provides a 4.32 cu. ft. capacity with a combined bake and broil output of 6,500 watts. A convection element and internal fan support even heat circulation for baking and roasting. The insulated three-layer glass oven door allows interior visibility during operation.
